We are sugarly impressed by our twit pic artist that we have to share with you who he is.  Thanks to Andy Rider who created our heroic and cute (yes, it's possible) images below.  An up and coming artist, Andy is going to create our first cupcakecamp Charleston poster once we have a venue and date! The Sugar Army groweth...

Cupcake Camp Charleston is one month old. The Sugar Army is growing fast but we still need your help! Please join our Facebook Fan Page and/or follow us on Twitter so we can garner more interest for sponsorship and a free venue. Once we secure a venue, we can plan a date. Once we have a date, we can gain a charity to support and finally have the big event filled with bakers, volunteers, eaters and best of all, cupcakes! We're hoping this will turn into an annual or bi-annual event.

Sponsor page is up! We've got 346 Twitterers and 42 Facebook fans. The sweet tooth army is growing, thanks to all of you. We are smiling with frosting at the curves of our lips. We sent the second letter out for a venue last week, too.
We are working on the poster and twitter profile pic and will hopefully have it up soon.

112 followers and counting!

WOWZA. Response to Twitter has been great! 112 followers and counting! Here's an update:
1. We are working on letters/emails to send out to venues.
a. If you have any suggestions for more venues, please let us know (Note: must be a FREE venue).
2. Facebook fan page is in the works.
3. Baker Registration form is next on the To Do list. In the meantime, if you'd like to be a baker, shoot us an email.
4. Volunteer form is also on the To Do list. We definitely need you! Here are the positions to consider: Set up, check-in, greeters, cupcake bouncers, cupcake carriers, and clean up crew. If you'd like to volunteer, please let us know in an email.
