Best Decorated: this cupcake will be judged on outer appearance and design; only one cupcake is needed.
Best Holiday theme: this cupcake will be judged on holiday ingredients, flavors and decoration; three cupcakes are needed per judge.
Best Tasting: this cupcake will be judged on the judges' agreement of the best tasting cupcake; three cupcakes are needed per judge).
